Calling all music and literary fans!

Louder Than Words Festival is back for a third year in Manchester and on the look-out for volunteers to help deliver the weekend festival from Fri 13th – Sun 15th Nov at The Palace Hotel, Manchester.

Featuring talks, workshops, in conversations, performances and panel discussions, this high quality literary festival celebrates words – oral, written and published – associated with the music industry.

Volunteers will be required to work on a mixture of event based roles from Front of House – greeting audience members on arrival, and Event Coordination – overseeing timings and set up for events, coordinating speakers and performers.

We are also looking for volunteer ‘story gatherers’, collating insights and overviews from Festival audience members, contributors and supporters. These will then feature in our Festival book output “Across The Tracks”

In return for your time, you will receive a full weekend pass (£60 value) giving you a chance to enjoy the Festival events across the 3 dates.

For more information on how to apply please email Emily Marsden, Volunteer Coordinator – emilymarsden92@gmail.com or emilymarsden@louderthanwordsfest.com by Friday 9th October.
