Delighted to announce our latest partnership with JAWBONE Publishers…
Jawbone is an independent publisher of books about music and popular culture.
Based in London, England, Jawbone began publishing in the UK and the US in January 2007, and has forged a reputation for publishing informed comment on popular music by some of the world’s best writers on the subject, and for producing books that stand out from the crowd.
Highlights to date include books by XTC’s Andy Partridge, Mike Scott of The Waterboys, Yes/King Crimson drummer Bill Bruford, David J. Haskins of Bauhaus, and Behemoth frontman Adam ‘Nergal’ Darski, as well as works of focused analysis and criticism of a wide range of bands and musicians, from David Bowie to Tiny Tim, Lee Hazlewood to Cliff Burton, the Bee Gees to Wire, and many more.
Recent titles include a memoir by the late, great Dan Hicks, comprehensive studies of post-rock and yacht rock, an oral history of Swans, and an exploration of The Man Who Fell To Earth (starring David Bowie in his first big-screen role).
